All of the training that we provide at West 4 is complimented by coaching activity. Why? Because the results of combining training and coaching speak for themselves. A study conducted by the International Personnel Management Association revealed that stand-alone training typically increased productivity by 22% whilst the combination with coaching increased productivity by 88%.
 
In 2002 Fortune Magazine reported that a US company, Metropolitan Financial Services saw a 35% increase in productivity in it’s retail sales force after implementing an intensive coaching programme.
 
Recent studies published by Netg revealed that only 18% of employees surveyed possess the skills they need to carry out their current job role effectively. 40% said that more motivational training and development would improve their happiness at work, while 24% said that regular coaching would improve the quality of their working lives.
 
Our experience tells us that training is most effective and will deliver measurable results for longer when combined with coaching.
